Cousin marriage law

Hello. Im 32 years old Hindu male. Can I get married to my Mother's elder brother's daughter aged 28 either as per Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act?  I didn't get a clear understanding of the Sapinda Relationship and Degree of Prohibited relationship under these acts.

Please clarify.

you should show a custom or usage within your community permitting so.

if the bride is the offspring of any person within five generations (inclusive) on the groom's father's side and three generations (inclusive) on the groom's mother's side, or vice versa, they will be referred to as "sapindas" of each other. In these cases, the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955 bars marriage between two such Hindus.

generally in many Hindus this relation (bua's son and mama's daughter) is an accepted relation for marriage. converse is prohibited. all other cousins are prohibited.
