Hi,
I needed a clarification about a credit card that I had in 2007. I lost my dad around that time and couldn't make the payments. Now after 8 years the collection agents have started calling me at my work place, home and mobile and keep harassing and threatening me to make the payments. I read somewhere that the Statue of Limitation applies and the banks cant collect after that time limit.
Request you to please let me know how I can proceed in this situation.
