I got married in April 2012, in early March 2022 my wife left with my younger daughter aged 4 yrs. for inviting my parents to a ritual. I'm with my elder daughter aged 11 years since then, taking good care of her needs and schooling in reputed school. I filed a petition in local PS while they gave acknowledgement but denied FIR.
Lately, it is uncovered that She spoiled my sister's matrimonial life by provoking conversations over the phone with sisters husband and other family who are already cruel towards my sister since a few years.
My sister escaped near death along with her 3 kids, filed 498A and fighting legal battle. I was able to gather a few audio clips that support the arguments about my wife's involvement.
Post marriage, around 2016 i purchased a farm land on my wife's name in her native place (cash transaction). In 2019 I invested in real estate for both my daughters future security by taking a personal loan from bank. Earlier purchased flat as well through home loan. At the moment all liabilities are cleared.
My wife though a qualified graduate never supported me financially in matrimonial life, I have faced verbal abuse and lack of cohabitation for several years.
I helped the In-laws family financially on many occasions upon requests and wife's smart moves, sensing their greed i started to withdraw financial support and asked to stay away as my girl children are growing older and their family does not have a suitable atmosphere with the right intentions.
She is highly influenced by her convicted brother and close circle working in the police dept. Who track my whereabouts unofficially.
She filed a petition in her native women's PS which is 150kms. away from my place, i sense that they are trying to see what strong evidence i have for being stubborn to face legal battle.
A year ago, she trespassed into my residence and created a nuisance with a person who claimed himself as police, and I have fortunately captured the video of the scene. She attempted to kidnap my elder daughter forcibly from school along with an unknown person, auto driver was helpful in failing their plan.Local police denied FIR but gave an acknowledgement for the petition filed once again and mention to investigate.
I have filed an RTI as well recently asking for a copy of allegations given in a petition filed recently with Women's commission against me and my parents and reason for denial of child's custody on medical grounds request.
She is demanding 50% of the acquired properties for separation / divorce alimony. I clicked a few photos with the bodily injuries of my younger daughter when i saw her near the counselling center, she joined her in autism school claiming she is a weak kid, this is traumatising me every single day.
I want to get rid of her without any alimony for the traumatic situations my family and me going through along with permanent custody of my younger daughter, please advise.
