Damages of land & trees

Dear All,

Please read it:

"One of my client has been suffering for the damages (embankment) of a plot of land with greeneries by the the dreadful weaves of the digging pit of the railway as well as the fishermen engaged in fishing lease taken from the railway authority." Two photographs attached showing the work done by rail with very normal waves and the present condition of the trees for ready reference.

The client once had approached to the rail authority and they took a very temporary measures to protect it (the related work order is with the client). Due to wear and tear the protection has no effect now and so the client has approached several times to the rail administration but they have paid no heed to the prayer till date. It is also a destruction of greenaries and as well as the environment.

The client is a fond of trees or we can say it's like "heart".

Now is there any way which may force the rail authority to take immediate steps ( within 6 months to 1 year) so that the trees / environment can be protected or the personal property can be protected and how it can be done?

I need the expert advice with phone numbers to contact.

Regards,

SUJIT KUMAR DAS

You may issue notice to the Railway authorities seeking the desired relief, on failure to get any response, a writ petition with the high court may bring respite.
