We have a factory in the Maharashtra MIDC Area which is functioning as a partnership company and we are 4 partners currently. (myself, my partner and our spouses). The company is registered in MIDC in proprietary form in the name of my partner. We wish to covert it completely to the partnership company and we have been advised that a deed of assignment needs to be executed for this change.

- What are the documents required for the execution of the deed.
- How long does the process normally take.
- Who all need to be present to execute this deed.
