Legal Heir Registration

How to get Varas Nond done for a paternal property in the Pimpri (PCMC) area (Maharashtra)? The subject matter is a flat which was bought by the father. He passed away intestate last year, leaving behind his wife and two brothers as legal heirs. The property is in municipal corporation limits. Please guide.

You can approach the jurisdictional revenue department/Tehsildar with an application signed by all the legal heirs and comply with further procedural aspects to obtain legal heirship certificate.
