District magistrate & subdivisional district magistrate

Dear Experts,

1) Can anybody please explain me that can District Magistrate (Executive) or Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Executive), issue warrant under which section of IPC and under which section he has power to grant bail.

2) Power and Functions of the above DM & SDM (Executive)

Sections 20, 21, 22, 23 and 411of Cr. P C elaborately narrates the definitions and powers of the the Executive  magistrates, please visit the Criminal procedure Code and get to know the knowledge of the same.

It depends on the case referred before the District magistrate, basically the district magistrate is executive in nature, so it depends
