Division of property

My grandfather married a second time after his first wife passed away. He had one son from his first wife and 2 sons from his second wife. He passed away long ago but his second wife is still there with us. I belong to a Christain family don’t know how property distribution takes place. Can you please tell me how my grandfather's property will be divided?

You meant, your grand mother is still alive? What about your father and your uncle? gives clarity

Unlike Hindus there is no concept of ancestral property in Christians. ... So during the lifetime of your father you have no share in his property. Yes you will get per capita share as per Indian succession Act 1925. But check for any ancillary law and customary law prevailing in your community.
