It is not clear wife is residing at Jaipur or elsewhere. If she is residing at Jaipur. You may file divorce petition either in Jaipur or in Mumbai.

But it is advisable file the divorce petition at Jaipur (where wife resides) because convenience of wife is given more important in the eyes of law.

You may initiate the proceedings at Jaipur (Marriage place) or Mumbai (Last residing place of husband & wife if it is), where ever you want.

You can file divorce petition either in Mumbai or in Jaipur.

in this regard u can file case either at Jaipur  the place of marriage or at Mumbai the place of last residing as husband and wife. however it is adviciable to file the petition where the wife resides
