Dv case jurisdiction question

Dear Experts,

I have a question on Jurisdiction of filing of DV case.  I and my lovely have been staying seperately for 4 months now.  Both of us are working in Bangalore; She is therefore currently residing in Bangalore.

My question is whether she can file for DV case in Pune, the place where parents stay (and where she was staying before marriage).

Section 27 of the DV act states

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

27. Jurisdiction.- (1) The court of Judicial Magistrate of the first class or the Metropolitan Magistrate, as the case may be, within the local limits of which-

(a) the person aggrieved permanently or temporarily resides or carries on business or is employed;

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this case can Pune be considered the "permanent residence" and therefore the place of filing ?

Looking forward to your views

Thanks
