Sir, I am working with a group who is the sponsoring body of a Private University at Chhattisgarh under CG Pr.Un.Act2005.The group's establishment of the University is in pipeline with the Vidhan Sabha of Chhattisgarh have passed a bill for its establishment and in the process has been sent to the Governor for accent.Now on a complain filed by an individual with the Governor,the inquiry is on and is still with the Govwernor pending accent.Now my employer which is the sponsoring body of the proposed University is not paying my salary and other miscellaneous expnd. for the last over two months and the amount involved is approximately 65-68,000/-.
In this case i would like to know what should i do and which body should i approach so that my salary and other backlog payments are released.
Can a criminal case can be filed against the employer which is a regd.society under CG Society Regd.Act.1973 or can i approach the labor court for imediate relief.
Can i approach the Governor of the State to inform him of the wrongdoings of the sponsoring body of the proposed private University.
In appt. letter the notice period is 1 months from either side on leaving/terminating service.
So kindly let me know what should i do now.
