Enforcing foreign judgement

Hi,

I am a foreign resident. An Indian citizen seriously injured me and other people in an accident and has fled to India. Several lawsuits were filed and summons served. They entered a defense for some cases using an attorney initially. In my injury case that was filed last, they have just kept quiet after receiving summons, and not bothered cooperating with the legal process after this.

I have read the relevant CPC links posted here. The country is not a reciprocating country (not UK or Canada).
What are my chances of enforcing a foreign judgement awarded by default in India? The defendant has accepted jurisdiction in other cases pertaining to the same cause of action though not in mine.
