Eviction of a defaulting and absconding tenant

I am 65 years old and stay in Hyderabad(temporarily). I have let out my single bedroom flat in Vizag to a person without taking his details such as his proper identity and address. Also there is no lease agreement. He claimed to be an ex-serviceman planning to start a security service(arranging security gaurds etc) in vizag and needed a premises for residence. He had deposited rs.8000/- and kept some chairs and tables in the premises. After that he has neither lived there nor had he payed the rent of Rs.4000 per month from the beginning. He had also stopped answering my calls. This is the situation since the last 3 months. What are the options open to me to evict thisperson and self occupy the premises now. I do not have his personal details nor his address except for the two mobile numbers he had given. I shall be most obliged to get a helpful advice please.

you can file an eviction suit against that person and if he doesnt contest you will get an exparte order.in the suit pray for the relief that you can sell his belongings if he fails to pay the due.if such situation arises you can get an attachment order
