Sir,
I have a judgment in my favor from Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum against the Developer who has promised for a plot of land but did not deliver the same. The Forum has ordered the developer, in its judgment to refund the money with interest in 60 days, but the opposite party is not honoring the judgment. So I have filed the Execution petition, the courts notices on all the known addresses of Opposite party went undelivered (mostly intentionally by the opposite party). Now, I understand that the last resort is to go for Paper publication, please advise if I am wrong.
Now, other investors (as a group) have filed a Civil suite (both of us have same lawyer ) against the same Developer and meet the same fate, the courts notices on all the known addresses of Opposite party went undelivered!, Now this group is going ahead with a paper publication, they have made a request to the court.
Now my question is :
1) Can I use the same paper publication even for my execution case notice?
2) If yes, how? And if NO, what would be my course of action to get the notice served?
Please help with your valuable advice.
