sir, my son is a claimant/informant in a car accident case of Jun, 2018 in which he was riding on the back seat of his friend's car and it is a state Vs Convict case u/s 279, 337 and 304A IPC. my son has personally appeared in district court, dwarka many times but nothing moved so far. There were 5 occupants in car. One died and other 4 survived. 2 out of 4 are out of India. All were minor on date of accident. The convicted driver of the other tempo vehicle is alive but never appeared in court. please advice, how this matter can be closed because my son has been getting summons regularly and is getting mentally disturbed.
