Don't know. In Delhi it's just Rs. 25 so should not be excessive

3)What are the reasons by which can a father file for custody of his children?

For the welfare of the child only. We think that we have right over children, which is not true. File all child custody petitions by showing how the welfare of the child is with you and not with your spouse.

4)Can an application be made in the family court in hyderabad only for child custody and not divorce included?
