gone through yr quarry - you file case for diverce under Hindu Marriage Act Section 13(a). Also file complaint under DV Act yours fit case for such complaint. Ask for monthly alomony for children and for your self and straiten him. Nari teri yahi hai kahani, Anchalme dudh or ankhme pani. Hoping for best. GOD BLESS YOU.

hello

but if i file case under setion 13A. it takes time i affraid till that time if they file complaint against me or know that i am going to do this. they will kill me. what to do? very confused and upset.please tell me how to proceed.?i am in punjab.
