As per our Law & Justice, Judicial Act Firing of Crackers on Roads is banned. Not fortunately, but never implemented any where. Police department taking action only on a written complaint logged against such incidents.
Mainly on political rallies, wedding occasion’s people use to fire crackers which are very dangerous and inconvenient to the traffic & public passing through the roads on two wheelers especially. Accidents, injuries are taking place many times on such occasions, due to unexpected sounds, fire works. Kids, school students, aged persons; patients are suffering more with the imbalanced activity.
Strict guidelines, Act not to fire crackers on Roads keeping in view of the traffic safety and public welfare is utmost necessary.
Recently fire accident at Hyderabad of AP, Hotel at LB Nagar due to firing crackers on wedding occasion party, resulted heavy loss.
Course of action to the police department to take action on such incidents even without filing any complaints from public is very important.
