Force to resign

Hi 

 

i am working in an IT company from 5 years. I had argument with HR because they increase the salary of whole conpany and not specific department in which i am. So i asked if you ahve given appraisals 2nd tume so why not my team. So she didn't answered properly.

 

however now despite having good oerformance and have good ratings this quarter. She asked me to resign.

also. I had a covid and i posted on my official social group that please get tested as it can affect you also.

She called me asked me ti delete and said its a Normal flu so please delete we want all the employees to come to office. And she threatened me that se will ask management to fire me. I didn't said anything and ask her please share these all in a email.

 

please help me what i can do

What is your problem.

Are you letting us know the internal matters going on in your office.

You can resort to any legal action only when the management is taking an unjustified or illegal action against you.

Until then you may remain silent.

Let the management may initiate any action for consideration and obligation of experts, facts of present query are your assumptions only.

No one can be forced to resign. Cesstion of employment or rather termination could only be through the due process invoking principles of natural justice.
