Judicial remand is end of police custody when an accused is produced before the court and when the police do not need his custoy for investigation and interrogation the court send the accused to judicial remand i.e. he is sent to jail this is known as judicial remand the accused languishes in jail till the trial of the case is over in otherwords the accused is convicted or acquitted though in between the accused can apply for bail and can get out of the jail.
