Hi Everyone,
I am from Mumbai and getting really fed up with the documentation needed for opening a current account in Axis bank in Mumbai for my business.
The bank asks for Pvt Ltd Co incorporation certificate or a Gumasta license.
I am operating from my rented home and YES, I am serious about my business, BUT looking at the real estate costs in Mumbai, it makes NO sense to purchase or lease an office space for (Gumasta license or Incorporating a Pvt Ltd Co).
Do you have any idea how can entrepreneurs reduce costs in Mumbai and not spend or commit a major amount of money to rented/lease real estate office space?
And is it true that nowadays the company formation has become really strict and requires multiple documents and verification of the place where we are running our business?
Please advice based on the current situation in Mumbai.
