My society was built on Gunthewari in 2008 and in 2010 i bought the flat from builder and my home loan was done from SBI bank which is still going on
last month i raise a request to SBI for loan top up but they are looking for completion certificate. while taking first load builder had given me completion certificate over the letter head and loan was processed but now SBI is not accepting it and look for completion letter.
i spoken to builder in this regard he said Gunthewari project don’t get completion letter. Gunthewari certificate is already there in agreement copy called Niymitikaracha Dakhla and it work as commencement & completion certificate but SBI is not agreeing to it and put my top up loan file on hold
please advise on this specific topic. it will certainly help
