I would like to know procedure to file consumer complaint or case.
My case is:
I sent courier by well-known courier company on JUN 17, 2013. The package containing pickles. The package was not delivered till JUN 30, 2013 so checked tracking site and status was HELDUP. I called up customer care and found reason of invalid address. I checked tracking site in detail and noticed that package was sent to different city than given address.
Now, they promised to return package after lots of argument, expenses in term of call and personal visit. I been through pain and expenses. I asked for returning my money along with package but refusing to return money they charged.
Amount is small 350 INR but experience was painful and felt like harassed. Also, my important delivery missed.
I want to file case/complain in consumer court. What is process and is it valid case to file complain? If filed what document required and what are expected outcome?
