I am not sure if the police station is asking for attendance because of bail, etc. I want to find that out. I would really like to file a FIR for these people taking bribe. However, my fear is that with the entire group waiting for someone to do something wrong and then using him as lifelong ATM, these people will support each other. Also, about the case, I do not have the documents or papers at all. If my husband has really done something wrong, then the police and judge should simply investigate, take a decision and punish. However, they are purposely keeping the case hanging inorder to get as much money out from my husband. And for Mr. Kumar's question if the money that the police, judge is eating is from the loot money, the answer is no. It is my hard earned money. I have complete bank proof on the amount of loan taken, my house sold, my gold chain sold, cash took on credit card. And if Mr. Kumar wants to give a character certificate about my husband, I want to know what he thinks about the police and judge. Do they thrive on people making mistakes and are they not criminals if they keep blackmailing and misuse their position? When my husband's case was registered (I am not sure if it is because it is more than 2 years and it is surprising that police are still waiting to file a case), if the police and judge had went by what is correct and given him whatever punishment then I would have accepted it. What is the reason for them sitting for more than 2 years on this case. I have never been to this police station nor to the court. So Mr. Kumar saying that I have secured his bail is not correct. And I am completely for it that if these police and judge have taken bribe then they should be caught. And that is the reason I want to know what is happening in this case. Is there something as Attendance Cancellation Letter and why should a judge ask this letter to be collected from the police? If bail is provided by court then should the attendance cancellation letter also be provide by court? My husband should get punished for what he has done if he was involved. And if he was involved, then by now the police and judge could had taken the decision. For interrogation 2 years are too long. Will they keep beating him life long and keep sucking money from him life long by threatening to beat him only in the name of interrogation? People who do crime in open are seen but what about these people who are disguised as police and judge but are no less than black-mailing criminals. I dont want a lawyer to get my husband out if he has done anything wrong. I want a lawyer who will be able to bring the truth out of this bribe taking system. If a man is caught doing something wrong and is found accused, simply investigate and give the decision. Purposely the case has been kept going on and on, because I think this is what they want, why would they kill the hen which is laying egg. They know if they bring conclusion to this case then their wrong-earnings will stop. I want to know why the police has taken so long to investigate, what is the judge waiting for, what is the advocate doing. For this I am not sure if I can file a RTI. My husband getting into a police case does not give the license to police and judge to take bribe. Without my husband's consent, can I ask for case papers? I myself want to file a complaint with Anti-Corruption Bureau against all these police, judge and the advocate who is playing the role of broker but seeing so many people hands in gloves, my fear is that if the ACB too become one team with them, then what? What if such a case does not exist and the police have only tried to frame my husband and put fear in his mind? What if the money was not taken by those 2 friends in the first place? BTW, it is not a bank, it is some BC office in some village and according to my husband some influential person is the owner of that. I did not know what is the word for BC office and hence I said bank. Also, those 2 people are not my husband's friend. They just happened to meet at some Bar. So it could be that those people had purposely befriended my husband. There is a possibility that the money was never stolen in the first place and the situation was created such that it would look to my husband as if he got into the mess. He is educated, from a rich family and so it is possible that those people targeted to cheat him into believing that this has happened. My husband has a bad habit of bragging about his rich family and property in front of others and these people at the bar must have really believed that he has tons and tons of money. If really a bank or BC office was stolen, then would the police not quickly take action and close and would they not get pressure from that influential village person who owned this BC office? Why are they sitting on it for 2.5 years? And 2 have absconded but according to my husband there were 5 of them including him. So what has happened to the remaining 2? If the police took 11.5 lakhs from my husband saying that this money would be used to pay that village BC office owner, did they ask the other 2 to pay too? On my statement that I fear that police will misbehave with me when I go to police station, Mr. Kumar said that what more can I expect? Are you trying to say Mr. Kumar that if my husband is involved in a police case, then I, because I am his wife, become eligible to be misbehaved by police? Is this what the law says? I am a different individual but yes I am related to my husband and hence would like to know what is going on. However, from your statement it seems that you are saying that police gets every right to torture family member's of accused. I am not a lawyer, nor have studied law. But I dont agree to your statement. If law has anywhere specified that it has given rights to police to remand, misbehave with family members of criminals, then I will surely like to know which law is it so that I can accordingly then decide whether to get into this ugly system or not. And I for sure want to expose this entire system of bribe taking police and judge but before that I want to know the truth of this case and want a lawyer who will not be just one more person trying to take disadvantage of the situation. I will not be able to share this situation with my or my husband's family, hence I dont want the lawyer to misguide me knowing that I am alone. And my resources are over and I cannot ask money from my or my husband's family, so I have to be careful with the future process. After Mr. Kumar's statement that what more can I expect from police station, I now have taken a decision not to go the police station. Unfortunately our Dy. Director has such thoughts then better I stay away from police station because maybe he knows more than me of what actually happens in reality irrespective of what law says and irrespective of what the justice of natural law says. I would like to hire a lawyer but without my husband's consent will any lawyer be able to take this case up and will police and judge cooperate with this lawyer in allowing him to take this case after knowing that my husband has not given a consent for the same? Will the lawyer be able to question each andf every delay that has taken in the proceedings? Because from what I know is that lawyers are scared of judges because they would then be banned from the court. In this case, if the judge will know that he will get into problem, then are lawyers really strong/empowered enough to fight the case and get the truth out without fearing a repercussion on their job? My getting into this case will expose a lot of police and the functioning of the session court and judge. This will be a big threat to these people. And I anticipate that they will give up all humanism to stop me. First they will try to stop me by increasing pressure on my husband. Second they will try to stop me by harassing me directly. If one rickshaw driver is beaten, all other rickshaw drivers come to support him because they see it as a threat for their community. So if it becomes evident that there is foul play of police and judge, will they all become one against me and will any lawyer be ready to take such a case?
