I want a lawyer who will be able to bring the truth out of this bribe taking system. 

Please be sure what you want.  Had you been so interested in truth would have have given so much bribe. Ratyher you coul dhave persuaded husband to appear befor ejudge and convince everything regardless the conseqeunces.  Unfortunately free legal aid can be given to people who are prima-facie innosent. But still you can try.

I myself want to file a complaint with Anti-Corruption Bureau against all these police, judge and the advocate who is playing the role of broker but seeing so many people hands in gloves, my fear is that if the ACB too become one team with them, then what? 

You have no proof.  Your husband and his advocate will never be a witness to bribery.  You have not requested ACB to lay trap when bribe was being given.  You  cannot be sure of help from ACB now at this stage.  I there is further demanded by anyone from you in person then you can go to ACB for a trap and then all allegation of past bribery can be believable.

What if such a case does not exist and the police have only tried to frame my husband and put fear in his mind? 

What if the money was not taken by those 2 friends in the first place?

 BTW, it is not a bank, it is some BC office in some village and according to my husband some influential person is the owner of that.  I did not know what is the word for BC office and hence I said bank.

Moreover why one should at all believe all this.  why leaving a ppulation of 150 carores they chanced upon to meet your husband andimmediately hatched plan of robbery without he knowing about their real motive joined them.

If really a bank or BC office was stolen, then would the police not quickly take action and close and would they not get pressure from that influential village person who owned this BC office? 

Even if it is not  a bank one does not get license to rob it.

How can you say robbed establishment belongs to reputed person.  The police has not been able to trace entire band that speaks poorly of the influence of the victim.

Why are they sitting on it for 2.5 years?  And 2 have absconded but according to my husband there were 5 of them including him.  So what has happened to the remaining 2?  If the police took 11.5 lakhs from my husband saying that this money would be used to pay that village BC office owner, did they ask the other 2 to pay too?

This is time tested tool of police since 1883.  With the help of this tool they have cowed dowmn many dacoits and terrorists.

CrPC provide them with powers to question anyone whom they believe to be capable of giving whereabouts of run away suspects. Every human being has a tendancy to misuse whatever power he has.

I would like to hire a lawyer but without my husband's consent will any lawyer be able to take this case up and will police and judge cooperate with this lawyer in allowing him to take this case after knowing that my husband has not given a consent for the same?  Will the lawyer be able to question each andf every delay that has taken in the proceedings? 

Unless your husband signs vakalatnama none will recognise this advocate and he will not be allowed to participate at any stage. It is your husband whohas sole power to decide whether to defend or spoil the case and whether to stop and continue depleting your hard earned money..

My getting into this case will expose a lot of police and the functioning of the session court and judge. 

your entry into this case will matter nothing and none should hve reasons to fear you.  (i) You have no evidence of bribery (ii) your husbandis not going to cooperate (iii) you are stranger to the case and there is no provision for yu to jump above your husband and to take his defence.  He is not minor.
