Hi! Can anyone please help me with details for starting a tourism agency at Tamilnadu. I found that registering as a tour operator to the ministry of tourism can be done only one year after the establishment. How can i start my agency as a sole proprietorship firm? Should we register our agency under shop and establishment act or any other act. What are all the other procedures. It will be very helpful if you give details regarding this. Thank You!
