How to track real identity of a person & his family persons?

Sir,

It be appreciated that in 1940s number of families migrated off their original places & have settled here, there, everywhere. People have settled in Delhi & around too.

Undersigned strongly suspects the identity of a certain person & his family members. Moreover, these people seem to have multiple identities. The persons indicated herein are also suspected to have got members & dummy members on Gvt rolls & pension rolls too. They reach different ends (even high offices) on different identities & do all sorts of undesirable things, injustices. 

It may not be right to come out openly without adequate homework. But, it is becoming difficult to know the true identity of the persons. These persons in question have lot of clout & do all sorts of things.

Even otherwise, society feels the need to know the true identity of some person/s & it would be nice if LCI addresses the issue: "What are ways for a citizen to get the identity of another citizen".

RTI exempts personal information. Am stuck & would be greatful if helped.

I think by filing PIL in the supreme court you can seek the required info

The hesitation is that, it is a bit of too much. Moreover, one expends something too very precious when knocks at the SC.

DETAILING OTHER WAYS, EXPERIENCES ETC ... OR EVEN PARTNERING IN THE TASK WOULD BE IN PUBLIC INTEREST, A STEP IN BUILDING NATION.
