If a husband buys a property after the marriage and was registered on his name, does a wife has any rights ( or share) on that property? (wife & husband are not in good terms now and aren't living together, there is no divorce) Please suggest.
(Further, the land was purchased by pleadging wife jewels, by bank loan of husband and wife and saving of LIC of husband and wife and wife is the co-applicant for the Home loan)
