What all documents required to start a factory in Maharashtra? What all NOCs required to set up a factory for buffing & polishing metals.
Actually in our residential area a persona is running a factory for buffing & polishing metals which causes water, air & noise pollution. I am sure he has not taken any permission or NOCs to do so from Authorities. Because commercial factories are not allowed in residential area. Last to last week I have sent an email along with photographs to regional pollution control board & then to state pollution control board as well but nothing has happened so far. I have file RTI also online & even in our local municipal office.
Can you please advise me what action I can take to shut the plan? Can I file an online complaint or can I file a case in court.
