I. What is a Power of Attorney ?
(a) Definition :
(1) According to S. 1A of the Powers of Attorney Act, 1882 (ΓÇÿPOA ActΓÇÖ) a power of attorney includes any instrument empowering a specified person to act for and in the name of the person executing it.

pls send me about POA details GPA automaticaly revoked after the death of executer, what to be happend if the Agent death ?

The result is the same. The POA becomes invalid as there is not agency at all in the absence of the agent
