Hello Gurus,
My wife filed false criminal cases IPC 498-A IPC 420, IPC 34, DPA 3 AND DPA 4 in 2011 and court treated as false, now she filed a interim maintenance case, can i get exemption by showing the above false cases? Please guide me what can i do now?

that is totally a different story and to some extent your lawyer can argue basing on the final verdict of those cases for interim maintenance case and even you can show all your expenses to reduce the maintenance
