Irregularity in building approval for constructions.

All the buildings in my Munciplaity are not constructed according to the plan sent for approval.

In some cases the buildings are constructed with a great deviation.

Accoerding to Section 56 of THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1971

Power to require removal of unauthorised development. The Planning authortites are having wide power even to demolish the building which is not constructed according th the plan sanctioned in the approval according to Section 56 of THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1971.

But most of those who are building are violating even though there is risk.

There is a large deviation in the approved plan and the actual construction.

Building Inspector are not at all inspecting the building.

After sanctioning the drawing the Building Inspectors are not bothered to inspect the actual building constructed.

What will happen if buiding is constructed violating very small conditions?
