Jurisdiction of mact under sec 166 of m.vact

 Mr X sustained injury in an accident while driving his lorry at place called Y. The place of accident falls under "G" Dist. The owner of the crime vehicle resides in "G" Dist. The owner of the crime vehicle insured his vehicle in G dist. whereas X's native place is" M" X filed claim petition in Hyderabad mentioning local address as his residence. Objection was taken in the counter by the Insurance co about the jurisdiction of the MACT at Hyderabad.Owner remained Exparte. In the cross examination X stated the address belongs to his brother. The address mentioned in his RC, DL and Insurance are different and not tallying with the address mentioned in the petition.. whether the claim petition is maintainable at Hyderabad as the place of accident is Y and address of the owner is in G Dist and the address of the Insurance Co is also in G Dist. I request to mention citations also along with answers. X can choose any of the three tribunals that cover these places- Y, G or M.
