Land grabbing

We had a land in 2acres. We purchased it in 2011 at that time my boundries are next to the graveyard. Recently we went for AD survey to fix the boundries.  They changed my position and Now the govt surveyor shown that the graveyard (28 guntas) comes in my boundary. That graveyard is 100 years old. Can i demolish that graveyard with the help of Court?

No you cannot you can issue legal notice and approach court.

If the grave yard is located withis your proeprty then you have to file a suit for declaration and possession of the encroached portion.

However you have to confirm from the parent link document about the actual property that the seller had and how come he included a portion of the graveyard into this property.

You can discuss with a local lawyer and proceed as suggested

Obtain all relevant records / evidence and file a suit for declaration and possession, if your land has been encroached and used as graveyard.
