3. Will the dependant visa he owned out of our marriage will be considered fraud and would they arrest us?No questions were asked during visa interview and only with photos they gave the visa (not even marriage certificate)

1. if my parents complain in the police station that we both are married and it's illegal what possible action ma the police take against us?

---   they may call you or advice your parents to go to court. without court's order they can not take any penal action against it.

2. I remember seeing in one of the forums that Hindu marriage act law says "only either of the two parties (me or my husband for instance) can file a petition for nullify of our marriage and third person can't be involved".so if in case my parents file a court notice against us challenging our marriage I know court will say we are illegally married but what possible actions can they take?

3.we are not going to nullify our marriage but we want to be prepared..how long it does that take to nullify a marriage if both of us apply for it?

 

---   contact an advocate of your area. he will be able to tell it more perfectly. for a joint petition, i think not more than six month.

but as a proof of marriage you have to submit the copy of your marriage certificate. check there if any wrong information given by any of you. check the activity of the witnesses, to avoid further complications.

Note, recently there was a case in Delhi High Court, where the Judge has granted that Cousin Marriage is LEGAL under CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE ACT.

If you & your husband convert into christians, then you may live together as husband & wife.

I belong to a hindu family. I want to know that i want to marry my first cousin ( fathers brother daughter) in india. In hinduism it is not possible. But i want to know that in Indian constitution is these kinds of marriage are validated or not. If do get married then is it illegal ? Do we would be liable to any punishment through indian law ? Please explain in simple terms so that i could understand. One more thing is there any procedure through court marriage or through special marriage act. Please reply as soon as possible.

we love each other and he is my mother's sister's son. i am hindu 23 and he is hindu 28. we want to marry and live together as normal life

i told about this to my sister but she threaten me stop doing all this unless she will tell mother father.

now his family is looking for girl and my paresents looked boy for me and my marriage will be in May 2015. but i dont want to marry that boy. i want to marry my lover first cousin. what should i do?

Hi poppu ....you liv your life according to your wish ..luv has no boundries ...it was good decision to move to other country with your partner...there is no need to worry abt anythng as ur very far frm india....take care and have a wonderful life ahead and about genetic prob and concieving ....i dnt thnk there is any prob if u consult a dr and take proper medication ...great people also done frst cousin marraiges eg einsten so dnt feel dat ur the only one going through ...3 per risk is in every delivery so trst in god trst in ur luv and live you life peacefully ....if u ever read this message do reply me ..i really like to knw whether you both r still going strongly ...take care my frnd
