Require help from the members here.
We live in an apartment that was purchased in 2005. Its been close to 7years now that we are living here with un-ending issues especially with parking. The builder sold the flat without proper planning that was not realised during the initial years as were the 2nd owners in this apartment that has total 7 flats. With mutual understanding the issue were being sorted out. However, since past few months the issue has cropped with our immediate next neighbour buying a car. This is actually not a problem as it could still be sorted out. But being of uncultured nature everyday they are in the look out for fights. It goes to such an extent that the male member of that family uses unparliamentary language with all of us.
Now we are looking out for a permanent solution to this. Not very sure how much it would help by complaining to the police.
Please advise what could be done.
