Dear sir, i have borrowed money from market. all agreements are on 100/- stamp papers. i was paying 5 % per month to all when my business was good. but suddenly i lost huge amount and unable to pay interest from last 3 months. so now people are pressurising me to pay all amount insantly. that is not possible for me. and suffering from mental touture right now. i want to repay all money but nobody is ready to co-operate or give time. i want to know is there any leagal way by which i can get time to repay amount and people should not come to my office or home to torture.
