Lost the original partition deed

Hi,

I am currently residing outside india and our ancestral related property myself and my brother did a partition deed and registered the land under our names.

I had given the original land documents to my relative to keep it safe for some time and my relative resides in Bangalore.

Last week due to heavy rains in bangalore, there was flooding in his house and we lost the original document.

How can i get the another set of document from Sub registrar?

Obtain certified copy of the document from concerned sub-Registrar as per rules.

Yes, the certified copy could be obtained from the SRO.

You can issue a public notice in a local newspaper  and then apply for certified copy of the registration document

To my knowledge, it is not necessary that public notice be given in order to apply for certified copy.
