Maintenance

I am married since 2006. My wife and myself are separated from 2010. I have son and I have got visitation right. I have also filed for permanent custody of child showing picture of my wife with her colleague in a awkward position in a park. I am a govt employee and earning about 50000 per month. Still divorce is not over. My father in law is a very very rich businessman and my mother in law is died. My father in law has two daughter and no son. My wife does a private job and earning 11000 pm. Showing the money power of my father in law can I get rid of maintenance to my wife. Pl. suggest what should I do?

Not her father's riches but the unchastity allegation put against her emphatically may help you to get the relief you want.
