Dear Concern,
After getting notice from Aligarh Family Court I filed RCR in Delhi with hearing date in March next year.
Mean while Aligarh family court was vacant. My reply is still pending. Now court is on with new Principle Judge.
Should I wait for second notice or Judge will extend the date as per first notice. I got notice in feb 2014.
