Mcd

First i have filed divorce and then after some days wife ahs also filed divorce.

Wife has also filed 498a against me and my family one year before..chargesheet is just submitted in the court.

Could you please guide what will happen in the family cour in divroce case as both of us filed divorce case?

Also, is it something that court will verdict mutual consent divorce by keeping the 498a complaint as it is running in criminal court ?

I want mutual conset divorce with withdrawal of 498a complaint.

Please guide the procedure..

if you want mcd you have to convince your wife regarding that and you must work out a mou in which she must agree to withdraw all cases filed against you before the second motion and also wont file cases against you in future.if you are filing mcd petition then you both got to withdraw the contested divorce cases by stating before the judge that you both want to go for mcd.
