can minimum wages be bifurcated into basic+da+ hra. plz suggest me which one is correct among two
for example as per rule minimum wages is 270
1) basic 180+ da 90= 270
2)basic 180+da 0 + hra 90 = 270
in both the cases minimum wages is paid. but which one is correct. (for public as well private sector compaines) and which one is violated according to act.
in both the cases bonus will be calculated on 270? plz can u give me case refrences also ? thanking you in advance.
