Hi Sir,
FC has ordered to pay 12000/- to wife and the minor son.
I am staying in the rented house and paying 13,000/- monthly rent.
Can she also files another application in FC to take the monthly rent from me apart from the maintenence amount granted by the court ?
Kindly advise !!!!

1. It is for provision for food, clothing, residence, education, and medical attendance and treatment purposes only.
2. No not under S. 125 CrPC but then a cat has 9 lives, hence, may be if she / her advisory circle choose then she may approach Court under DV Act to seek right to residence (RTR) or RENT in-lieu of right to residence (RTR) and since it is complimentary Statute she may get rent under this Statute.
3. So keep praying and reading similar discussions in Family law forum in the meantime as then 10th life is that of an Indian Husband.
