Hi, my Grand mother property has not be divide to they three sons, which my father is elder than his two younger brother, my father we are 2 sons which his brother does not have children. his brother want to divide my grandmother property between three brothers. does we have more rights then your father and uncles.

No equal 1/3rd right your father will get, if atall ur uncles want to relingwish their share then ond only then you will get more.
