We purchased the agriculture property from a harijan person 25 years back in Uttar Pradesh land about 3 Bigha. But we could not get done mutation due to the death of the seller. We get done mutation of the same property after 23 years by some legal means. After the 6 month of the successors of the seller taken the loan from one of the regional rural bank on the same property by showing their own property along with some of his property which exists in their name in the same village. Kindly advice us what we should do. What are the remedies to us in this matter.
