Dear Experts,
one of my friend applied for name change in the year 2010 and within 6 months it is gazetted by state government. In the year 2006 i got my passport. After name change, without applying for the same on passport as he don't know that to apply for passport name change might be in out of sight he forgot, with this he went abroad using the old passport which is on old name without name change in the year 2013. its been 1 year he traveled with the old or wrong passport, now he realized what he did wrong.
What should he do now to make it correct or apply for name change in the passport for new one?
What will be the cause? how to proceed without getting into cases or issues. Please suggest.
