Ncdrc order

NCDRC passed an order to a big builder to pay us in 2 instalments. 1st one was 18th Aug. Builder did not contact or send any payment. I should send a notice in next week and file for execution  under 25-27 section? How long will the procedure take? And in practice usually what happens now ? Will we also get any further compensation as well ?

Dear you should try to approach Hon'ble Supreme Court it's might be possible builder challenged NCDRC order before Supreme Court better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.

Thanks so much. They haven't approached Supreme court. Firstly their Lawyers went on record in court. And they had 30 days to approach Supreme Court which they haven't since we haven't read any notice

They had to pay 90th day and they have to approach Supreme court within 30 days. 1) We got no notice from Supreme court 2) Their lawyers had gone on Record in court. So in this scenario what is best ?
