Sir my father is a railway employee, he used to earn a very good amount of salary till he was working. he is going to get retired on may 2 nd 2014. we are four childrens of his.from the very begining of his working career, he never used to give sufficient amount of money to the family(that is to my mother).all the four childrens studied in govt schools and colleges with 15/- fees. he used to tell all his employees that he got debted because all his childrens education. But in actual he never used to give any money sufficiently. my mother used to borrow money from their maidens home and brought up. in between he bought a flat in visakhapatnam, by some reasons we could not pay the amount to the bank that we took loan from and the bank manager kept the flat for auction giving a notice in the news paper. and since we felt like we cannot roam much to the rented house we decided to pay back the loan amount , and we borrowed some 3 lakhs amount money from one of my brothers friend and cleared the bank amount and came to this flat.now when he is getting retired he is not saying anything about the money neither the money interest and he is getting retired without paying any amount. my mother signed the documents and all the money only he is going to get.
at this stage he is denying to give the money back and asking that person to settle through the court. and that fellow is asking us the money telling that i gave the money to help you now we are not able to do anything. is there any way that i can stop his retirement money immidietely. and this is not the only thing now he is showing us 50 lakhs debts and we are helpless and many more things are there. he has got 2 daughters and two sons. none got married and settled. and now he want to run away with that money. and one of the daughter is suffering from cancer and from past five years he is not even giving us proper ration.
what is the best way i can forward in this issue.
