my father bought a land near about 3 katta`, registry has been done, mutation already done. At this moment land seller is out of lacation, we have not any information about him. Now we are facing problem to get "PARCHA"(BENGALI TERMS). They are saying land seller is not adult . So he can not sale land . But we have xerox copy of his age proof of secondary school admit. according to the record of this admit he was born on 27/07/1991.And his close relative and his uncle is ready to stand in favour of us. At this moment What shoud we do? How can we get this parcha.is ther any responsibilty on the person who was at the time of registration ?I think You will be kind enough to resolved my problem.
