Hello Experts,
One of my neighbour is trying to encroach on my house varandah. He has placed plants in my varandah and also parks his vehicles in my premisis. Since my premisis (place ajoining my house) is not walled, his intention is to show it as a public place and encoach. His vehicles block even general entry to my house at times. What is the remidial action for this. I have tried telling him to remove his belongings but he is adamant. Require legal procedure to deal with his high hand approach. Pls help.
